ADIDAS DAY

Joy Agency made us part of adidas Day 2025.
The idea was to transform a corporate day into an immersive experience where culture, ambition, and sport could be experienced firsthand. An event designed to unite 450 employees as a single team.
 

At Bestia, we developed a complete ecosystem: a high-impact stage, a narrative aligned with "You Got This," activations that celebrate teamwork, and a playful space that reinforces the brand mindset. All with a sustainable focus and adidas' own technical standards.
 

We created a semicircular stage and an integrated LED screen as the visual centerpiece of the event: presentations, animations, motivational content, and the year's key announcements. A space designed for total concentration, a clear narrative, and a rhythm that connects everyone to the 2026 vision.

We also designed an adidas sports fair: precision games, coordination challenges, fast-paced competitions. A module designed to activate, unite, and energize the team.
 

The project concluded with a summary video filmed and edited by Bestia: sporty rhythm, excitement, culture, and a sense of belonging. An institutional piece that summarizes the day and strengthens internal identity.
